Not quite ready to make the leap to a paid subscriber? Once your free 14-day trial of Itemize Pro ends, we’ll automatically move you to an Itemize Lite account (unless you choose to upgrade). Itemize Lite does not integrate with any other software and won’t allow you to run reports; however, uploads will be stored safely for two years, and you can upload up to 30 receipts every month, with a maximum of 5 per day.


Can I try it before I buy in?

Totally. We offer everyone a free 14-day trial of whatever plan they’re interested in. You can test all the features and use it just like you would with a paid plan for two whole weeks. If you decide to upgrade to a paid plan, it’s easy to make the transition. If you decide you’re not quite ready to buy in, we’ll keep your records safe for up to 2 years and assign you a free, limited-access account so you can still view your uploads from the trial period.

Is my information safe?

We take your security very seriously. All of your information is encrypted and stored in a secure account protected by your unique email address & password login. Itemize is Service Organization Control 2 (SOC 2) Type 1 compliant, meaning we have all the appropriate controls in place to ensure our system is protected from unauthorized access, and your data is as safe as possible.
