Coordinate the product/feature launches by supporting the go-to-market research and strategy of new product segments and features. Plan and formulate the brand strategy and positioning and guide the customer-facing messaging and marketing and champion the brand and customers in shaping the product roadmap. Translate technical material and concepts into consumable marketing material. Act as a subject matter expert for Itemize products and customer landscape, which includes understanding how company’s data capture authentication products work for Financial Technology (FinTech) and direct to corporate markets.
