Itemize Sponsors CPI’s Sixth annual event on commercial cards and B2B payments
Chicago, IL – June 17, 2019 – Expense management platform Itemize is sponsoring the 2019 Middle Market Summit, an event based around commercial credit cards and business to business payments. The event takes place in The Convene, Chicago, and runs June 18th and 19th . Throughout the two day event, workshops, roundtables, and end user case studies will take place.
Event organizer Commercial Payments International (CPI) says it promises to teach the new way of thinking for today’s commercial cards and payments business, whether from banks, acquirers, networks or technology providers. The summit is designed to encourage debate and interactive discussions to shape the future of the industry.
The second day begins with a panel discussion with executives from Fifth Third Bank to Priority Commercial Payments. At 11 a.m., a B2B Fintech Showcase occurs with the CEO of Itemize, James Thomas, who will speak on the topic of businesses better utilizing artificial intelligence to better manage and control expenses.
“I am going to talk about small business pain points in managing their day to day finances,” Thomas said. “I’ll talk about the real tools and advancements that companies like Itemize provide to deliver meaningful incremental productivity gains for small business and middle market companies in the here and now.”
The second day ends with a talk on industry expectations with lead researchers from RPMG research, then the closing reception.
